Conversations of the Soul

Moving Forward in the Reset

Moving forward isn't simply about leaving something behind. It's about allowing God to renew our thinking, reshape our priorities, and guide the way we live each day.

In this episode of Conversations of the Soul, we're exploring why a reset isn't a single moment of change—it's a lifestyle of continually surrendering, growing, and walking forward with God.

Scripture & Reflection

Romans 12:2 KJV

And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

REFLECTION

Am I treating my spiritual reset as a one-time decision, or am I allowing God to continually renew the way I think, choose, and live?

A spiritual reset is more than a decision we make at a particular moment. It is an ongoing invitation to allow God to transform our thinking, redirect our priorities, and shape our daily choices. Consider where old habits or familiar ways of thinking may be drawing you back into patterns you've already decided to leave behind. What would it look like to embrace renewal as a daily practice rather than a temporary response to life's circumstances?

THIS WEEK'S FAITH STEP

Create your own personal Reset Covenant. Identify what you will release, what you will pursue, what you will protect, and what you will trust God with. Return to these commitments throughout the week, remembering that spiritual renewal isn't accomplished in a single decision. It is cultivated through the choices we make each day.
